AER Residence is located in Maronia village, 7 km away from the town of Sitia. Back in 1897 the building was the village’s “kafenio” (coffee shop). AER (75 m2) is settled in two levels. The floor level includes all public spaces such as the living room, dining room and kitchen. The upper level of the house offers two bedrooms and bathrooms along with a space created for storage purposes.
The highlight of the Aer Residence is its large terrace, connected to the master bedroom, from which you can enjoy the peculiarities of nature.
