YDOR Residence (50 m2) constitutes the second part of the property in Maronia village. It includes a large two-spaced living room, the kitchen and one bedroom along with its bathroom. Additionally, it contains an extra independent bedroom with its own bathroom with an exterior entrance. Ydor is peculiar as it consists of several interesting elements as far as architecture and design are concerned. Tree branches cross the basic bedroom of the house and except from that, a mechanism of water, used in the past for the purposes of watermelon conservation, is now formed into a fountain, sheltered with glass and visible on the living room.
